    Job Grade
    Purpose of the job

    The Graduate in Logistics is responsible for supporting, monitoring and reporting on transportation and warehouse performance. The graduate will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to identify improvement areas and monitor the progress of improvement projects. The graduate is also expected to provide a supporting function to contract managers as well as distribution team lead



    Key Outputs

    Warehousing
    ·      Monitor stock age in depots
    ·      Run batch accuracy reports, FEFO and stock variance reports
    ·      Monitor and report on warehouse productivity measures, i.e., TRT etc
    ·      Monitor depot replenishment and give input into FutureMaster
    ·      5S reporting on national level
    ·      Compile BBS reports nationally

    Distribution
    ·      Consolidate W&T CO2 reports
    ·      Monitor and report on transport productivity measures, On time deliveries etc
    ·      Monthly LSP vendor scoring.


    Scenario Analysis
    ·      Create LCM scenarios and network efficiency modelling

    TPM and Continuous Improvement
    ·      Initiates, implements and embeds improvements to warehouse and transport processes and procedures and supports TPM initiatives

    Minimum Educational
    Qualifications

    ·      University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Economics, Business or Data Science


    Professional Experience
    ·      This is a development role where the Graduate in Logistics will be trained and coached in both functional and leadership capability. As such, no prior professional experience is required
