  • Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile with the total sales
  • Receiving payments and reconciling them with total sales
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers

  • Grade 12/ Matric essential
  • Min 3-5years’s experience in the cash office
  • Computer literate – Syspro experience will be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and friendly person
  • Able to handle pressure and deal with difficult clients
  • Very organized person
  • Attention to detail
