TELKOM LOOKING FOR WORKERS




Responsible for B-BBEE beneficiary evidence management; annual verification document compilation, report compilation, as well as the management of the B-BBEE information management tool. Responsible for compiling project plans, coordinating the budget and other resources and monitoring and reporting on project progress and success. Also responsible for provisioning of administration support/ logistics for all the BEE pillars including Employment Equity.



JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Keep the B-BBEE Information Management tool updated with all relevant documentation.
  • Ensure that the information on the B-BBEE internal and external websites is updated. Set up workshops/ training for BU's and attend these as required.
  • Proper documentation management of all Business Unit transformation activities and collation of plans.
  • Implement the Transformation calendar activities.
  • Assist with collation of documentation for the annual B-BBEE audit. Administer payments to suppliers.
  • Collate information for reports as required (Exco; Social & Ethics committee & Annual report).
  • Collate and update all Employment Equity audit information.
  • Attend EE/ Transformation committee meetings as required. Coordinate training for EE/Transformation committee as required.
  • Coordinate the constitution of EE committees.
  • Assist in the design of communication material for transformation internal activities.
  • Record keeping for all EE committees.
QUALIFICATIONS



  • Relevant 3-year Business/ Project Management/ B-BBEE Transformation related diploma (NQF level 6)
EXPERIENCE
  • 3 Years relevant experience in a Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) environment. Experience in a B-BBEE related function will be an added advantage.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work after hours.
  • Willing and/or able to travel.
