Introduction

Pick n Pay Supply Chain is currently looking for a Supply Chain Store Execution Analsyt to be base in Kensington Head office, to ensure all Supply Chain Planning processes are executed in stores. Enabling the correct stock in the correct quantities at the right time.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Gap Scan process is understood and adhered to by stores so assist with forecasting
  • Ensure that Shelf Capacity process is understood and adhered to by stores so assist with forecasting
  • Training of store staff on replenishment and demand planning process requirements
  • Liaison with regional co-ordinators and rest of business to address and resolve store related matters
  • Special Projects
  • Assisting Region with New & Revamp Stores stock management and store launch
  • Ensuring that stores adhere to Demand Planning processes other Stock Management related processes

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • BCOM Logistics (Prefereably, not Compulsory)
  • SAP experience
  • 1-2 years Logistics experience (advantage)
  • 1-2 years relevant planning/product management experience
  • Mathematics in matric
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Minimum Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Current Drivers Licence, minimum code 08
  • Understanding of Retail and Store Operations is an added advantage
  • Ability to travel
  • Currently working in complex environments
